In brief
Immobiliare alle Canarie brings two kinds of experience together: ours, on the ground in the Canary Islands since 2014, and that of our partners in Italy, in real estate for over 30 years, with offices in Milan and associates across Italy. Together we are a useful, trusted bridge between Italy and the Canaries, and a point of reference for anyone buying, selling or moving between the two.

Frequently asked questions
Are you an agency or a portal?
Both: an estate agency with our own mandates, and a site where we also publish properties from partner agencies on the islands, once we've checked them. On WhatsApp, by phone and by email, whoever replies to you is always one of us, never a call centre.
Which language can I write to you in?
In Italian, Spanish and English. We talk you through the whole process in your language, from the first question to the notary and the bank, where an interpreter or a power of attorney is needed.
Do you have an office open to the public?
Yes, by appointment: in Tenerife (Costa Adeje), in Gran Canaria (Sunset Beach, San Bartolomé de Tirajana) and in Milan. The addresses are above, under «Where to find us»; book a consultation or write to us and we'll arrange the meeting, by video call too.
How quickly do you reply?
On WhatsApp, by phone and by email, a person replies on working days, usually the same day. Inmobilio replies straight away at any hour, and whatever it gathers reaches us too.
Do you work across every island?
Yes, with different levels of presence: directly and with partners on the main islands, mostly through partners and logged requests we follow over time on the smaller ones.
Is Inmobilio a person?
No, it's an artificial intelligence, and it says so. It replies with the real data from our archive and hands over to one of us for viewings, negotiations and anything that matters.
